Are you wondering how to start a blog? Or maybe you have questions about it. I was very happy to see you here! In this post, I will show you exactly how to create your blog, no technical experience is necessary. (This is easier and faster than you think.) Also, I will answer some frequently asked questions on the way. This is the site that I wanted when I started blogging 5 years ago.

In 2013 I made my first blog with a zero computer experience. It took me forever because I had to go through my way. How is this a guide in which I have learned and for those who want a step-by-step instruction in an easy and simple format?

5 steps to start the blog.

1.Decide what to blog about.
2.Choose a blogging platform.
3.Find a host
4.Choose a domain name.
5.Start with WordPress.

The goal of this page is to help you get started right now.

No tomorrow, next week, or next month ... but not yet.

For 5+ years of coaching and helping friends with my blog, I have found that many students do the same exact mistakes while starting the blog, and as a result, the project is completely abandoned. .

We do not want it to be with you.

Here's the deal:

Today I want you to give time to read this post properly. It's about 4,000 words long (20 minutes), so relax and take some time off.

I am going to walk you through the whole process of establishing your own hosted blog, so you regard it as the first time without any frustration or headache experienced with my first blog.

Ready to make your blog today? Okay, let's get right into it.

Step 1: Choose the right blogging platform (hint signal: Use WordPress)
Before you can start worrying about how your blog looks, you have to choose your blogging platform.

There is a lot to choose from. You are able to create a blog with many different blogging platforms like WordPress, Tumblr, Blogger and more ...

However, given that there are more than 72 million active users using WordPress (1), it is clear which platform is the owner.

All my blogs and sites have been created with the WordPress blogging platform.

Why here?

It's free to use for everyone (many other blogging platforms do not offer themes, layouts, and add-ons).
It is very easy for you to set yourself up. I'll show you exactly how a little bit ...
It is safe and secure; WordPress is always updating its software and keeping everything sound and safe, so seldom your blog is worried about hacking attacks. No wonder NASA, Time Magazine, and even the top university blog are using WordPress (2).
It is highly customizable. There are hundreds of free themes and plugins that add more functionality to your blog, improve the plugin from contact and subscribed boxes, which improve blog performance and more.
While other blogging platforms are generally all okay; Nothing, in my opinion, has ever come closer to match the freedom of the WordPress offer and customization options.

So go with WordPress, without any doubt. Especially when you are just beginning.

Why you should not blog on a free blogging platform

Without any doubt, you have to host your WordPress blog yourself. This means that you are in full control of your website and content.

Think about it - you know which famous, successful blogger, for example, using "free blogging" like "www.startbloggingonline.freeblogsite.com" instead of your domain name like "www.StartBloggingOnline.com"?

It's not just that - the free blogging platform will also create other headaches.

It gets worse:

You do not control your content - The blogging platform does. They can shut you at any time, and for any reason (3).
Your blog's web address will be long and difficult to remember (rather than www.yourfreeblog.blogspot.com) instead of the attractive, branded address you choose.
You do not have permission to advertise on the most free blogging platform, which makes it difficult to earn money from blogging.
All these limits apply to the WordPress.com blog.

What you really want to do is to host a WordPress .org blog yourself - this is the only software without all the boundaries!

If I were you, I would start with a self-hosted blog on my own domain from day one. This way you will not have to experience a large technical headache when moving from a free hosting to a self-hosted blog.

Installing a blog like this is easier and less costly than you think, especially with special deals and coupon codes that I have found for you ...

Finding a Domain Name and Web Hosting Provider

Now for the exciting part!

To set up a self-hosted blog on your own domain name, you will need two things:

Domain name - this will be your personal blog address where people will find your wonderful articles again and again. For example, Google's domain is www.Google.com. Your new blog domain name will be www.YourBlogName.com, except that you will choose what will happen next to your new blog.

The cost of the domain name is usually $ 10 / year, but if you follow this guide, I will show you how to get one cheaper ...

Web Hosting - This will be the home of your blog address and content that is on the blog. Without web hosting, you will not be able to use your domain. Think of it as a computer hard drive that stores all your content on your blog (images, blog posts, etc.).

The cost of good web hosting is usually between $ 10-15 per month, but you will get OFF more than 70% OFF with coupon code below.

Below the total cost, with my special deal for you, a vent in Starbucks will come down in less than a month - so it will not break the bank.

This is a relatively small, but extremely important investment for your long-term blogging success.

Where should I get my domain name and hosting?

When it comes to web hosting, there are only two things that matter.

Page Load Speed - The average time (in seconds) it takes to load your blog.
Uptime - How often your site runs and runs. 99.9% is not enough (it's still 43 minutes downtime per month) You should aim for 100%.
There are literally thousands of different web hosting providers.

Yes, thousands

They all offer you a similar service (domain name + hosting) with a relatively similar value.

And luckily for you, I have already researched the list to limit the list and there is only one reliable service that you should use for your first blog.

Remember, I want to help you avoid the same mistakes when I entered the blogging world for the first time, and help you to get your website back online to avoid trouble from any night's sleep.

I have dealt with and monitored with many famous and recommended web hosting companies like Bloostost, iPage, Godaddy etc.

Step 2: Set Up a Blog on Your Domain Name (Self-Hosted WordPress).

If you do not have any hosting or domain names yet - do not worry. I'll show it in a minute ...

At the end of this step (2), you will have a self-hosted WordPress blog working on your domain name!

Promises, huh?

If you do not want to use HostGator for any strange reason, you can always choose another hosting provider. I can not promise that they will be good, but the registration and setup process should be somewhat similar.

Some hosting companies do not have one-click installs for WordPress. If so, look at this guide to install WordPress manually (although not recommended for beginners).

1. Go to www.HostGator.com and then click on "Start your WordPress Blog.

Remember: Since I'm also using HostGator myself, so thanks for using this guide (72% OFF) I have got a special discount for you.

You will get premium hosting for $ 2.92 / month instead of $ 10.95! You will not find this deal anywhere ...

2. Choose a domain name for your blog.

Already have a domain name? If not, to see how much a domain name actually spends here, why not see our post here

But if you already have one, just write it in the correct box (I already own this domain) and scroll down a bit and keep moving forward in the next step.

How do I choose a good domain name?

Choosing bad domain names is one of the most common mistakes making bloggers. Make sure you choose a domain name that ...

1. It is easy to remember - do not choose nonsense, it is difficult to spell or choose a long name filled with a dash. "Www.best-tech-gadgets-in-the-world.com" will never survive in anyone's head, but some things like "www.techgeeks.com" emerge from the tongue.

2. Unique and Descriptive - You want a name that reflects who you are and what you care about. Be creative and create an identity about which you are excited!

3. Dependable - Domain extensions like ".com", ".org" or ".net" are the most popular, ".com" firstly people first think. Try to avoid nasty extensions like ".ocks" or ".biz", because they are less commonly used, difficult to remember and not reliable.

Type the domain name that you want to use in the box, then click "Next". If the name is available, you will be able to claim it. If this is not available, choose another one.

If the name you want is not available, then the hostgator will show you some options that are similar - or you can punch it in a new name and try again. I recommend that you use something that ends with .com, .net or .org

3. Choose your blog hosting plan.

I now recommend the "hatchling" plan - if you decide that you want more advanced features then you can always upgrade later, but you get more than enough to start with hatchling.

4. Complete your registration.

Once you have selected a hatchling plan and you get the name that is available to you, you need to register it by entering your contact and billing information.

5. Log in to your new account and install WordPress blog.

It may take a few minutes for the hostgator to register your account, so be patient. You will receive a confirmation email when your new account is officially ready.

Once you log in to your control panel (the information you need for this should be in your inbox), now it's time to install WordPress. Thankfully, it just takes a click!

Login to your Hostgator control panel.

Click on "Start with WordPress Today" at the top
If WordPress is not for some reason, then scroll a bit on the control panel and click on "Quick Installs" under the Software and Services section. In the left sidebar section for WordPress, look at the top of the page.
Once clicked, you will be automatically moved to Mojomarketplace.com - do not panic, this is just a site that helps in the HostGator install platform (like WordPress).

You should immediately see a screen where you are offered "install" or "import" wordpress. Click "Install" to go to the next step.

When you are finished, "Install WordPress". Once you do this, you will see a loading bar at the top of your page that will tell you in the end that your WordPress blog has been installed and you will see your login credentials.

5. Login to your address and enter your blog post.

If you want to delete the tag in the last page, then I will be able to do the same for you. If you have any questions, please contact us for confirmation.
Once you have access to the pictures, I will log in to you (this is a very easy way for you to access the Web site), but you have time to install it. Shukr is there, yah sirph is a klik leta hai!

Log in to my Google Account
Sheersh par "Please showcase your pictures" by clicking here.
If you do not know anything from the search results, then skip it and click on "Start Screen" to display your search. If I say this, I will ask you why, I want to share it with you.
If you want to do this, you will be able to translate it from the highest level to the highest level - in most cases, but only when you have a hostgator installed (it is recommended).

If you want to translate a word for this word, you will see the "installation" or "location" of the page. Please click on "Start" in the address bar.

When you are able to access it, do "instal search" If you want to do this, you will be able to write a word on the basis of your submission that you have posted a blog on your blog and you have logged in to log in again.

6. Log in and see your new blog.

Once the installation is complete, you will receive an email that shares your login information, including "Admin URL". (If you missed that notification bar)

To log in to your blog, click on Admin URL. If you forget this URL, then this is just www.yourblog.com/wp-admin (where "yourblog" is your domain name).
Congratulations - you now know about creating a blog using WordPress. You have installed WordPress and have set up your blog! As you can see, it was really easy and straightforward.

Now that your blog is established, read about how to design your blog and create your first post.
